Browser-first PDF processing

The I♥PDF workspace is designed so core editing and document preparation happen in the browser wherever the implemented tool supports it. Files do not need an Usavir account.

Temporary browser session

When a PDF is moved into the editor, the website can store the active document temporarily in browser storage so the editor can load it. Version 23 preserves the existing cleanup that clears the active temporary PDF session after a successful final export.

When a session remains

Selected-page export does not clear the live editing session because the user may still be working on the document. Closing a tab or clearing site data may also remove browser-held session information depending on the browser.

Converter processing

The visible I♥PDF converters and compression workflow are connected to active browser-side processing in Version 25. Office-format conversions preserve readable or visual content where possible, while complex source formatting can vary between document types.

Academy forms are separate

The Academy enrolment form is not a PDF upload flow. Enrolment details are submitted to the server-side email endpoint and then prepared for WhatsApp as described in the Privacy Policy.

Browser storage and cookies

Local tool storage is separate from optional analytics

Some browser tools may temporarily use browser storage such as IndexedDB to move a selected document between tool views or preserve a short-lived working session. This functional storage is not used to turn a rejected analytics preference into tracking.

Optional analytics remains controlled separately through Cookie Settings.
